Join us for an evening where Laura Hall will take us on a journey into the world of travel writing.
Laura Hall invites you to join her looking at the world like a travel writer. Taking some of the world’s best contemporary travel writing and her own experiences together, she will guide you to discover the joy of travel, whether from your armchair or in person, and engage with the world in new ways. For her, travel writing is a way of seeing the world from new perspectives, and through that, falling in love with all over again. The aim is to leave the bookshop equipped with new ways of seeing, and a new found awe in the world.
About Laura Hall
Laura Hall is a travel writer and journalist. Originally from the UK, she lives in Copenhagen and specialises in writing about travel, culture and Scandinavia for publishers including Kinfolk, The Guardian and the BBC. From cycling across Lofoten to meeting polar bears in Greenland and watching the northern lights in Lapland, she’s seen and reported on some of the most spectacular sights the region has to offer.
